The badge links to a live verification page showing your latest scan and your Production-Ready Score. It expires by itself if your code stops meeting the standard, so it cannot go stale and it cannot be faked.

The verification page shows the live Production-Ready Score and the whole breakdown behind it: the weighted score per functional area, how many rulesets and rules ran against the detected stack, and every issue by severity. No PDF, no export, nobody asking you for a report.
This repository would not get the badge. That is the point: the score is the gate, not a logo you add to your own README. The badge expires by itself when the code stops meeting the standard.
